After a trip in February, overseas Minister Manuel Valls will go to New Caledonia again this Saturday, March 29 for four days. 2 – First round of the partial legislative election in the 2nd district of Jura
Haut-Jura residents will be called to the polls this Sunday, March 30 in order to elect their new deputy. The first round of the partial legislative election in the 2nd district will take place this weekend and the second round will take place on April 6. The Constitutional Council canceled the election of the deputy LR Marie-Christine Dalloz, who had been elected in the face of an ineligible RN candidate. 3 – “Tesla Takedown”: Mobilization day against Trump and Musk
The American movement “Tesla Takedown” is launching a large “World Action Day” this Saturday, March 29. Its objective: to denounce the cuts in the administration of the head of the department of government efficiency Elon Musk, also boss of Tesla.

4 – Passage to summer time
At 2 a.m. in the night from Saturday to Sunday, it will be three hours. So we will sleep an hour less, but will win an hour of sun in the evening. The time change was established in France following the oil shock of 1973-1974.
In March 2019, European deputies voted for a project of directive eliminating the change of seasonal hour. The directive was to be adopted in 2020, but the COVID crisis decided otherwise. The text is no longer on the agenda and should not be discussed in the near future.

The 2025 edition of the Spring of Cinema won 2.2 million spectators. Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, the cinema place cost only 5 euros in French dark rooms. The promotional operation thus regained its 2023 level after a drop in diet in 2024, due to the lack of load -bearing films. Last year, 1.7 million spectators participated.
