Obliged passage of each tenant of Matignon: François Bayrou will give his speech of general policy before the National Assembly this Tuesday, January 14. Before the deputies, the Prime Minister will draw up his roadmap for his mandate and present his strategic orientations.
The republican tradition dictates that a vote of trust follows this speech. But it is unlikely that François Bayrou uses it, as the National Assembly is divided. A censorship motion will however most likely be deposited by France rebellious after its speech. Unless surprised, this motion of censorship should not obtain the vote of more than 50 % of the deputies, necessary to bring down the Bayrou government.

5 – The good news of the day
For the past few weeks, the city of Chartres (Eure-et-Loir) has experienced an innovative system to prevent stroke. Available in around twenty pharmacies around Chartres, this free and simple test detects heart rate disorders thanks to an initiative of the Lions Club Chartres Doyen. If an anomaly is detected by the test, the patient receives a letter intended for his doctor who must confirm the diagnosis and if necessary order the start of a treatment. Detecting these disorders early enough, especially in the elderly, would prevent serious complications or even deaths.
